پمپ فشارقوی WKL65/4

پمپ فشارقوی WKL65/4 یک نوع از پمپ های گریز از مرکز به حساب می آید که دارای چند طبقه می باشد و این طبقات بیشتر باعث شده است تا نسبت به پمپ گریز از مرکز، موجب افزایش فشار شود و به همین علت آن را با نام پمپ فشار قوی می شناسند.

پمپ فشارقوی WKL65/4 معمولا به دو صورت 1450 و 2900 دور بر دقیقه قابل بهره بری می باشد.

پمپ فشارقوی WKL65/4 با دور موتور 1450 دور بر دقیقه می تواند با حداقل ارتفاع 30 متر و حداکثر ارتفاع 51 متر ،حداقل آبدهی 17 متر مکعب برساعت و حداکثر آبدهی 45 متر مکعب برساعت را انجام دهد.

پمپ فشارقوی WKL65/4 با دور موتور 2900 دور بر دقیقه می تواند با حداقل ارتفاع 139 متر و حداکثر ارتفاع 204 متر ،حداقل آبدهی 32متر مکعب برساعت و حداکثر آبدهی 80 متر مکعب برساعت را انجام دهد.

پمپ فشارقوی WKL65 با دور موتور 1450 دور بردقیقه حداکثر در 11 طبقه امکان ساخت دارد.

پمپ فشارقوی WKL65 با دور موتور 2900 دور بردقیقه حداکثر در 5 طبقه امکان ساخت دارد.

برای برخی از مصارف نیاز است که از پمپ های فشار قوی استفاده شود تا سیال را در ارتفاع بالا منتقل کند. منظور از ارتفاع بالا ۱۰۰ متر یا بیشتر می باشد. برای دستیابی به این هدف، استفاده از پمپ فشار قوی پیشنهاد می شود. 

زیرا این پمپ با وجود فشار بالا که به سیال وارد می کند، می تواند باعث افزایش ارتفاع انتقال سیالات شود. این پمپ درست مانند اسم خود فشار استاتیکی بسیار بالایی دارد و می‌ تواند سیال را تا ارتفاع بالا جا به جا کند.

این پمپ ها کاربری‌ های متنوعی دارند و می توان از آن ها برای مصارف مختلفی مانند تهیه آب شهری، پمپاژ آب، زهکشی و آبرسانی در کارخانه های صنعتی استفاده کرد.

ویژگی پمپ فشارقوی WKL65/4: 

پمپ های فشار قوی دارای بخش شعاعی و پروانه های یاتاقان می باشند و علاوه بر این دارای موتور جداگانه هم هستند. این پمپ ها چند طبقه دارند که آب بندی، به وسیله اورینگ موجود در هر یک از این طبقات به بهترین شکل ممکن انجام می شود.

در طرفین پروانه های پمپِ فشار قوی هم دو عدد بلبرینگ وجود دارد که نیروی شعاعی و محوری که روی محور پمپ آب وارد می شوند را تحمل می کنند.

هر چقدر قطر پروانه پمپ فشارقوی WKL65/4 افزایش پیدا کند، هد هم افزایش پیدا خواهد کرد و این مسئله باعث بزرگ تر شدن اندازه ی خود پمپِ فشار قوی هم خواهد شد.‌ بنابراین این موضوع دارای محدودیت خاصی است و اگر قصد افزایش هد پمپ های فشار قوی را دارید، باید این مسئله را هم در نظر داشته باشید.

 البته یک راه دیگر هم برای افزایش دادن هد پمپ های فشار قوی وجود دارد و آن راه افزایش دور موتور می باشد. اما باید بدانید این راه هم مشکلات خاص خود را دارد. زیرا افزایش بیش از اندازه ی دور موتور باعث کاهش طول عمر پمپ فشار قوی شما خواهد شد و منجر می‌ شود که پمپ شما کارکرد نادرست از خود ارائه دهد.

 زیرا یاتاقان ها و کوپلینگ های پمپ، فشار بسیار زیادی را از افزایش سرعت دور روتور متحمل می‌ شوند که این فشار بالا به کل قطعات پمپ فشار قوی آسیب وارد می‌ کند و باعث متوقف شدن عملکرد آن در دراز مدت می شود و خسارت های زیادی را هم بر جای خواهد گذاشت.

ساختار پمپ های فشار قوی چگونه است؟

ساختار پمپ فشار قوی به گونه ای است که از یک محفظه ی کاملاً یکپارچه تشکیل شده است که این محفظه به خودی خود شامل یک محفظه ی مکش، محفظه ی رانش و تعدادی محفظه ی دیگر می باشد که با توجه به تعداد پروانه ها تشکیل می شوند.

 این محفظه‌ ها همان طبقات پمپ فشار قوی محسوب می‌ شوند هر یک از طبقات با پیچ بست طبقات به هم وصل می شوند و در سمت چپ این پمپ ها یک عدد وجود دارد که سیال از این محفظه وارد پمپ شده و سپس وارد پروانه ها می شود.

هر پروانه با یک پیچ بست محفظه خود قرار می گیرد و در قسمت پشت پروانه یک دیفیوزر نصب می شود که این قطعه سرعت را به فشار تبدیل می کند. دیفیوزر کاملاً ثابت است و پروانه به دور آن می چرخد. در قسمت سمت چپ پروانه ها کوپلینگ مکانیکی قرار دارد و وظیفه کوپلینگ نگه داشتن محور ها بر سر جای خود در محفظه ها می باشد. تا بدین ترتیب از ایجاد نشت و خرابی برای این پمپ ها جلوگیری شود.

 در قسمت چپ کوپلینگ هم ۴ عدد یاتاقان وجود دارد که به آنها یاتاقان های ضد استهلاک هم می گویند. در هر طبقه سیال بعد از مکش به درون پمپ از یک پروانه عبور می کند و در انتها از سمت راست لوله رانش خارج می شود.
