پمپ روغن داغ 160-50 HOP جزو آن دسته از پمپ های گریز از مرکز محسوب می شود که برای انتقال یا سیرکوله مایعات مانند روغن های صنعتی با دمای بالای ۱۸۰ درجه سانتیگراد یا آب با دمای بالای ۲۰۰ درجه سانتیگراد که فاقد هرگونه مواد جامد هستند استفاده می شود.
پمپ روغن داغ 160-50 HOP در اکثر موارد از جنس داکتیل تهیه می شوند که این موضوع باعث افزایش مقاومت آن ها در برابر حرارت شده است. محور این پمپ ها نیز به وسیله ی سیل مکانیکی به صورت کامل در برابر نشتی آب بندی شده است و این پمپ ها به هیچ عنوان خطر نشتی ندارند. جنس سیل مکانیکی و اجزای داخلی در پمپ های روغن داغ با مشتقات نفتی کاملاً از لحاظ شیمیایی مطابقت دارند و این مسئله جزو نکات مثبت و قابل توجه به حساب می آید.
از آنجایی که اطمینان بسیار بالایی از نظر آب بندی در پمپ های روغن داغ وجود دارد، سیل مکانیکی این پمپ ها نیز از نوع دوبل است.
پمپ روغن داغ 160-50 HOP معمولا به دو صورت 1450 و 2900 دور بر دقیقه قابل بهره بری می باشد.
از این پمپ ها معمولا برای مبادله ی حرارت در واحد های فرآیندی استفاده می کنند. این پمپ ها به شکل افقی یک طبقه و تک مکشه می باشند و اجزای تشکیل دهنده ی آن ها نیز شامل محفظه، شافت، یاتاقان، پروانه و آب بند است. در حقیقت این اجزا در کنار یکدیگر باعث عملکرد صحیح پمپ روغن داغ می شوند.
آب بندی محوری این پمپ ها در دو بخش مختلف انجام می شود که یک بخش از قسمت پشت پروانه است که از بوش های گرافیتی یا سیلیکون کار و حتی برنجی برای آن استفاده می کنند که این بوش های باکیفیت باید از جریان زیاد و پر فشار روغن به سمت یاتاقان ها جلوگیری کنند. قسمت دیگر این پمپ نیز شامل مکانیکال سیل است.
ویژگی های پمپ روغن داغ:
ویژگی پمپ روغن داغ به یک یا دو مورد خاص محدود نمی شود. بلکه شامل موارد متعددی است و افرادی که قصد خرید پمپ روغن داغ را دارند، باید حتماً قبل از انجام این خرید، از ویژگی های این وسیله آگاه شوند تا بتوانند خریدی آگاهانه و با شناخت مناسب داشته باشند. این ویژگی ها شامل موارد زیر می باشند:
- مقاومت مکانیکی بالا و ضد ضربه

- قابل استفاده برای سیستم های خورشیدی و انتقال مایعات برای تبادل حرارت
- این پمپ ها فقط برای مصارف صنعتی به کار نمی روند و به همین علت در انواع مختلف سه فاز و تکفاز ساخته می شوند، که نوع استفاده از آن ها برای مصارف صنعتی و نوع تک فاز آن ها برای مصارف خانگی قابل استفاده هستند.
- ورودی این نوع از پمپ ها از خروجی آن ها بزرگ تر هستند و این مسئله باعث می شود که میزان مکش در ورودی بیشتر باشد.
- موتور های الکتریکی که در این پمپ ها استفاده میشوند، بسیار پرقدرت و پرسرعت هستند و عملکردی عالی دارند.
